Refund and Exchange Policy – Medhya Fashion

At Medhya Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

1. The return request is made within 1–5 days from the date of delivery.

2. The item is unused and in the same condition as you received it.

3. The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.

5. Only items found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Note: Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Note: Replacement/ Exchange will be done within 1-5 days and new product will be delivered within 1-10 Days.

Process for Return or Exchange

• If your return or exchange request is accepted, the product must be returned within 1–5 days.

• For exchanges, the new product will be delivered within 1–5 days after your return is received and approved.

• Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request based on the quality check.

• Approved returns or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our internal policies.

Additional Notes

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

• Please keep proof of return until your request is fully resolved.
